There have been times when I’ve stumbled and fallen short—moments of weakness, errors, and misunderstanding. Yet through it all, God has upheld me by His mercy. He has never let go of my hand. Even when others have misunderstood, criticized, attacked, or even lied against me, the Lord has remained faithful. His steadfast love has carried me through every storm.
Twelve years ago, I could not have imagined the journey that lay ahead of me. It has been both difficult and glorious—a walk with Christ that has taken me around the world, proclaiming the name of Jesus among the poor, the orphans, the abused, the homeless, the drug addicts, and the gang members, as well as before government leaders, the wealthy, and the religious. In every place and through every encounter, I have seen the same Savior working wonders in hearts and lives.
Through every trial and every victory, I have witnessed Christ’s abundant grace. I have seen miracles unfold, chains broken, and lives transformed by His power. Each step, each tear, and each triumph has testified to His unchanging faithfulness, leaving me in awe of who He is.
But as I reflect on these twelve years, I am reminded that faithfulness is not just something we see in God—it’s something He desires to see in us. God’s promises are sure, but they call for a heart that keeps walking, even when the path is rough. Too often, we give up when things get hard or when others misunderstand us; yet, it is in those very moments that God is shaping our character and deepening our faith.
If you find yourself in a season of testing, take courage. The same Lord who has walked with me through twelve years of mountains and valleys is the same Lord walking beside you today. Christ’s faithfulness does not fail. You may not see the whole picture yet, but if you continue to follow, trust, and obey, you will look back one day and see how every step was guided by His loving hand.
When we surrender our will and let Jesus truly lead, He does more through our lives than we could ever imagine. You don’t have to be a missionary overseas to live on mission for Christ—faithfulness right where you are is just as powerful. Every act of obedience, every prayer, every sharing of His gospel to someone hurting can become a seed that God uses for eternity.
Today, I lift my voice in thanksgiving: Thank You, LORD, for twelve wonderful years of walking with You. Thank You for every life touched, every soul saved, and every lesson learned in Your presence.
