Many of you follow me on Facebook to keep aware of what God allows me to do here in El Salvador. I have relied on Facebook interaction for many years to keep many of you update to day almost daily with posts.
Last night it seems my Facebook account was hacked while I was attending a wake. Here in El Salvador they do wakes at night time. My account has been suspended on Facebook because the hacker posted a vile picture of a female child. In an email that FB sent me, they said that my account was logged in from:
Windows Operating System
Browser Chrome
IP address: 174.251.65.109
Carrier: Verizon.
I do not own a Verizon phone or computer. My phone is a Consumer Cellular phone, and my computer is a DELL. I do not know anything about IP addresses, but I would assume that an IP address can show that it was not me. Some friends in the United States have told me that this IP address detects a location in Tennessee. In addition, my Google Maps shows that I have been in El Salvador and not in the United States.
Could you please pray about this horrible matter? And if you know of anything about IP addresses or if you know a way to help me, could you let me know? I would appreciate it.
I have filed a detailed report with the FBI at their website www.IC3.gov.
