Hola! It is with great gratitude that I write to you from the heart of Tijuana, Mexico. Despite the city's reputation as one of the most dangerous cities in the world, I am blessed with the opportunity to serve alongside a local church in a neighborhood rife with challenges—drugs, gang activity, and cartel influence. Amid this darkness, I firmly believe that the light of Jesus Christ can make a difference in so many lives. In just these past ten days, I have witnessed displays of God's favor and grace, reaffirming my conviction to bring Christ’s message of life and hope to the youngsters caught in the extensive challenges. Please daily pray as we endeavor in this vital work.
In the fall of last year, I had the privilege of ministering in Colombia alongside local churches in some of the nation's most challenging regions. Through your generous contributions, my ministry collaborated with an American church to purchase a vehicle for a local pastor and his wife. They had been doing wonderful ministry on foot, and I felt compelled to join the blessing to get them a car. Your support of this noble cause is truly appreciated.
Moreover, your continued support makes it possible for me to distribute more of my children's books to extremely impoverished families here in Mexico through our wonderful Book Angel's program. Without the ability to read, people can’t read God’s Word. As well, access to books and education empowers people to break the cycle of poverty and do something meaningful with their lives. I am a testament to the power of education, and it is my fervent hope that every child receives the same opportunity.

After Colombia, I flew back to Ohio to renew my passport and take care of some personal matters. During my time in the United States, my newest book was published, "CONFESSIONS: A MEMOIR OF HOPE FOR THE SUFFERING." This book is dear to my heart because in it I openly share secrets of suffering I have experienced, including sexual abuse, homelessness, addiction, slander, and suicide. I offer practical insights on how our suffering can be transformed into good, meaning, and purpose. My earnest prayer is that my memoir serves as a source of inspiration and encouragement for those navigating their own trials and afflictions.
