In skies above, my tale takes flight,
A journey marred by change's blight,
From Delta's wings to American's hold,
A choice that left my heart a-cold.
The passenger experience, once so grand,
Now falters under a neglectful hand,
In-flight meals reduced to doggie snacks,
Legroom tight, major discomfort racks.
Oh, baggage fees, a bitter sting,
For all sorts of journeys, it's a fling,
A sly scheme masked as "service" they barge,
Unjust, I say, it's robbery they charge.
In past experiences for a traveler's delight,
TV screens were at each seat, a captivating sight,
Boredom was banished, as we soared on high,
With shows and games, time would swiftly fly.
But now, alas, the screens are gone,
In-flight entertainment, withdrawn.
With "convenient access" they bait,
On personal devices, we're to create,
Yet not all carry gadgets in our gear,
Their "free media" offer, a cunning spear,
Putting savings first, customer needs declined,
Leaving many travelers disheartened and confined.
I plea, lets turn the hands of time,
To service offerings once in their prime,
Rekindle care and customer delight,
And soar again, in customer's flight.
In earnest hope, I make this plea,
That once again, we all may see,
A journey filled with joy and praise,
As we traverse the skies' endless maze.
