Have you ever been angry at God, felt like He's ignoring your pleas?
When pain and suffering seem fierce, it’s hard to fall to our knees.
The feeling is known all too well, relentless pain that won't subside.
The agony making us yell, as tears fall and wondering why.
When anger wells up, and our faith starts to wane
When we feel forsaken, and God seems far away
We're left with questions, and we can't comprehend
Why our prayers seem unanswered, and our heart can't mend
We cry out to God, but our words seem in vain
Our heart becomes heavy, and our soul feels drained
Yet, in the midst of it all, God whispers in our ear
"I am here, my child, and I am always near".
We may feel alone, but we are not on our own
God's love surrounds us, and we are never alone
For in our distress, He remains strong
And in our pain, He carries us along
So let us pour out our heart to Him in prayer
Let us surrender our anger and lay it bare
For in Him, we find strength and the courage to believe
That in our brokenness, He can bring beauty from grieves.
If we're angry at God, it's important to remember
That He knows our pain, and He's with us forever
He sees the tears we cry, and He holds them in His hand
He understands our struggles, and He has a perfect plan
We may not always see it, and we may not understand
Why we must endure such pain, in this broken world we stand
But God sees the bigger picture, and He knows just what we need
To grow in faith and love, and in His will to be freed
So let us trust in God, even when we're angry and confused
Let us cling to His promises, and in His Word be infused
For in Him we find hope, and in Him we find peace
And in His loving arms, our pain and anger will cease.
