America, the land of the free,
The home of the brave, or so it used to be.
Now I see a nation in disarray,
A place where unity has gone astray.
I search all around her and find a different scene,
A place where nothing is quite as it seems.
Deplorable conditions and rubbish abound,
People don't seem to care, no one is cognitively around.
Hostility and anger written on faces,
A sense of demonic energy in many places.
Modesty is thrown out the door, like so much refuse
Women and children almost naked, just no excuse.
Tattoos, piercings, and all sorts of bling,
Making people look like some scary thing.
The norm has shifted, but just at what cost?
The line between good and bad has been lost.
Decency and courtesy, are now so rare,
Respect and kindness, is no longer there.
Couples cohabiting without a covenant vow,
Building a life without a valid foundation.
Broken families, an everyday affair,
Divorce and separation, causing despair.
Children left to themselves to face the world alone,
In a society where love is often unknown.
Public schools failing without improvement,
Education is not given its due reinforcement.
School books rewritten, teaching blatant lies,
And children's futures are being compromised,
Prescriptions galore, everyone’s dependent
Meds for everything, healthy habits despised
Everyone’s pill popping like their eating candy
Doctors' direction takes the place of feeble faith,
Addiction and death, a common daily toll,
With society much out of control.
More drugs legalized, but what's the goal,
In a world where addiction takes its toll?
Immigrants come and go, no unity in sight,
English not spoken, there’s many cultural fights.
Communication at Walmart, what an awful mess,
People looking lost, under much stress.
Customer service at an all-time low,
With workers scarce, business takes the blow.
A service with a smile, now hard to find,
In a nation where so few people want to labor.
Society at odds, turning against itself,
America disunited, imploding within itself
As enemies watch, taunting us more and more
Because they know soon we’re near our doom
The fabric of our nation, is torn apart,
Our once United States, absolutely, it's caving in.
We've lost our way, rejected who we are,
Our grandeur and unity, dismantled so far.
Now we’re the Disunited States, we've lost our sight,
Our moral compass, is no longer right.
We've thrown out our values, and biblical truth,
The flood of perversion, has seeped into our roots.
Who is the biblical Jesus? Very few seem to know,
Idols and false gods, now all aglow.
Where we used to be united, now divided we bend.
The Disunited States, in disarray we stand,
The Bible was the foundation of our great land,
With biblical principles, we once took a stand.
But now it's been thrown out the front door,
And the floods of perversion continue to pour.
It's time to act, before it's too late,
To find a way to come together, before it's our fate.
But we cannot do it on our own,
We must repent and turn back to the throne.
We can still make a change, it's not too late,
To turn back to the Lord, and set things straight.
We must repent and seek Christ’s holy and just face,
And find close unity in God’s embrace.
We must seek the Lord with all our heart,
And ask for divine forgiveness, and give us a new start.
Only then can we be truly united,
And bring back the greatness, we once delighted.
The Disunited States, can be reunited,
In Christ’s love and grace, we can be ignited.
Let's come together, with hearts renewed,
And rebuild our nation, with righteousness imbued.
