Amidst the pages of the Holy Book,
Tells accounts of falls, of men who took
The path of sin, the road to doom,
Their downfall cast a shadow of gloom.
First, Adam and Eve in paradise,
A single bite, and sin did arise,
Their disobedience, a fatal flaw,
Dragged mankind into sin's cruel jaw.
David, the king, at the height of his reign,
Relaxed at home, a fatal mistake, a stain,
Adultery and murder, his sins so grave,
A loyal friend lost, his kingdom did waive.
The third worst fall, a question so dire,
What's your weakness, your burning fire?
That leads you astray, and blinds your sight,
And pulls you down from the path so bright.
Reflect on your flaws, and seek God’s grace,
For in Christ, you'll find the hiding place.
Life's a journey with much twists and sways,
That needs God’s help to mend your ways.
