The Trial of Great Loss
When a great loss comes to pass,
It's a test from the Almighty, alas,
To observe how you handle the loss,
And if your heart remains on the cross.
Your actions and attitude on display,
God watches as you go about your day,
Will you praise Him with a grateful heart,
Or let fearful emotions tear you apart?
Remember, God both gives and takes away,
But He's with you every step, come what may.
So face each trial with strength and trust,
For you can trust in God's plan, you must.
